Help Me Grow North Texas Help Me Grow North Texas is a regional collaboration serving families across an 18-county service area. This free program supports pregnant persons and families with children ages 0–5 by promoting healthy development, early intervention, and access to community resources. Services include: • FREE developmental screenings (available in multiple languages) • Connection to vital local resources and supports • Guidance from experienced child development specialists • Answers to questions about pregnancy, parenting, and child development Families can call or visit the website to connect with support.
Once Upon a Month™ Once Upon a Month™ is a free early literacy program that delivers age-appropriate books to families every month. Families in Dallas, Collin, Rockwall, and Kaufman counties can receive FREE English or bilingual books for children from birth through age 5 to help build a home library. Pregnant persons may also register by using their due date as the child’s birthdate. This program supports early language development and long-term educational success.

Impact Loan Initiative United Way of Metropolitan Dallas has partnered with Capital Good Fund to provide affordable, responsible loans to families who need financial support.
